What does the Pay As You Go service consist of?
AnswerCanada's Pay As You Go service includes us capturing the caller's name, telephone number and reason for calling.

How will I get my messages?
We can send you the callers details by SMS, Email or through your own online portal.

Can I test the service before signing up?
We offer a sample call service, so you can experience how our agents will sound, and how the message would appear in your inbox and/or on your mobile.

I think I need more complex call center services. How do I upgrade my AnswerCanada Pay As You Go account?
Please call our premium services upgrade hotline at 877-207-3114.

Will I receive my own dedicated telephone number?
Yes. You will either receive your own toll free telephone number that can be forwarded to from your existing lines or used as your main number.

Does AnswerCanada operate after office hours?
Yes. We operate 24/7/365.

How do I forward my phone to you?
Once you have set up your account, you will have access to a document with simple, step-by-step instructions.

What customer service will you provide?
While our system is designed to be very simple and easy to use, we encourage you to contact your Account Manager via the online portal if any issues arise.

How will the agent know what to do with the call?
Our agents are highly trained and experienced with handling calls for multiple clients. The agent will handle the call according to the instructions you give throughout the online account setup. When the call comes in, a screen pops up on the agent’s computer with quick instructions with your call requirements. The agent handles the call accordingly.

Is there a set up cost?
No. Since your account is set up online by you we do not need to charge any initial fee.

How quickly can I get set up?
Once you have completed the Online Signup Form and get your Username and Password, you can set up your service in approximately 20-30 minutes.

Will I be charged for wrong numbers or hoax calls?

What if I want to refer another customer to you?
We appreciate any customers you want to refer to us! Plus, you can make money through referrals with our Customer Referral Program.

Are the calls recorded?
AnswerCanada live monitors and/or digitally records all incoming calls for quality assurance and training purposes only. Answer America does not share call recordings with any outside party at any time, nor does Answer America retain the recordings. Call recordings are purged on a regular basis.
